Frequently Asked Questions
I did not receive my activation email
Please check your spam folder to make sure it didn't inadvertently end up there. You may also want to white-list doubleTwist in your email client. To receive a second activation email, try to sign in with your email and password and follow the instructions.
Where can I find instructions for syncing to my specific device?

doubleTwist did not find my photo and/or videos. Can I manually configure the default doubleTwist photo and video folders?
Go to the Edit menu and select "Preferences". You'll be able to customize the location of your doubleTwist folders.
doubleTwist auto-launches when I connect my device. Can I turn that off?
Go to the Edit menu and select "Preferences"
Click on the "Advanced" tab
Uncheck "Start doubleTwist when a device is connected"
